2.Booking & Cancellation
- Customers can book a cab through our website, app, or helpline.
- Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Cancellation charges apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
- More than 2 hours before pick-up: No charge
- Less than 2 hours before pick-up: 50% of the fare
- No-show or last-minute cancellation: 100% of the fare
3.Fare & Payment
- The fare is calculated based on distance, time, and service type.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, night travel, or waiting time.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or online wallets.
- No hidden charges apply; all applicable charges will be communicated upfront.
4.Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate details while booking.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be chargeable.
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or illegal activities inside the cab are strictly prohibited.
- The passenger is responsible for their belongings; Siliguri Cabs is not liable for any lost items.
5.Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers will ensure safe and professional service
- Drivers have the right to refuse service to intoxicated or unruly passengers.
- Drivers must follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
6.Liability & Disclaimers
- Siliguri Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- We do not take responsibility for any losses or damages due to service interruptions.
- While we ensure reliable service, occasional delays or cancellations may occur.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Insert City/Court]
